Introduction
Events are activity that occur, such as a customer logging in, or someone approving a payment batch. The actions are varied and diverse, and not tied to one aspect of online financial services. Events can originate from actions performed by customers, administrators, system jobs or more.
When an event happens, data about that event is recorded. This data can be provided to the Financial Institution (FI) via several data delivery methods, including using flat files, Snowflake database tables, webhooks or via an API.
