Flat File Delivery
Files of data can be delivered via Apiture’s Data Direct: Batch’s SFTP system. Data Direct: Batch publishes the files filled with event data in the /Events
folder in the FI’s SFTP directory. This is a folder specifically for Events. There may be other folders in your Data Direct: Batch SFTP server, such as the /States
folder that holds unrelated information.
The file is a JSON file that follows the eventMessages
JSON schema. The file name contains a timestamp with when the file was generated. These files are delivered daily and contain event messages that occurred up to a short time before the file delivery. Data that did not make it into the latest file will be included in the next file created. JSON files are automatically deleted after a week since they were created.
For more information on Data Direct: Batch, retrieving data, and getting access to the STFP server, see the documentation in Apiture’s HelpDocs. This document is password protected and will require contacting Apiture to view fully if you do not already have access to HelpDocs.
